These terms describe the basis on which you use the Vega app and service. By installing the app or using the service you agree to what is set out below.

What Vega is

Vega is a VPN service: the app connects your device to Vega servers through an encrypted tunnel. Access is provided by a paid subscription (in the app through the App Store, or in our Telegram bot) or by a free trial period.

Subscriptions

• A subscription gives access for the period you paid for. A new subscription is added to the remaining term.
• Subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed and renewed by Apple under Apple's terms; cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Subscriptions bought in the Telegram bot do not renew automatically.
• One subscription can be used on up to 5 of your own devices at the same time. Sharing access with other people is not allowed.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service in accordance with the laws of your country.
• Do not use the service for attacks, spam, fraud or any activity that harms others or our infrastructure.
• Keep your sign-in credentials and access keys private: anyone who has them can use your access.

Our responsibilities

We do our best to keep the service running and reachable, but network conditions and blocking outside our control may affect availability. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites and services you reach through the tunnel.

Privacy

We keep no logs of your traffic. What the app sends us and how to switch it off is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
